One of my coputers has been infected by Ransomeware which is; [helprecover@foxmail.com].help
I have since wiped the drive, reformatted and reinstalled windows but i stil have some important files on another drive which have all been infected, Is there currently any way of de-crypting these files?
This is the ransomware that cannot be decrypted at this point. You managed to recover the system. That is great. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any option for those files. There are some alternative methods for the decryption, but not all of them might work for you at this point.
You can store those files separately on that drive and wait for the upcoming Phobos decryption tool that can possibly get released later on. In the meant time, you can only ensure to secure the machine and all the parts, so the infection is not going to repeat itself.
