Hi 2-spyware. I need your help! I’m using Windows OS, but have never had anti-malware on it, whic I regret now a lot.. It seems that I have caught JS.Crypto Ransomware infection, which blocks me from accessing all personal files that I’ve been storing in the system. The problem is that I don’t have backups, so could you please tell me is there a way to remove this virus and get data back using another software??? Would appreciate any help

We are sorry to hear that your PC has been affected by JS.Crypto Ransomware. This infection is very dangerous as it may cause permanent loss of personal files like photos, videos, documents, and so on. Once it is installed, it starts encrypting the files and then required to pay the ransom.
As we understand, you have already received JS.Crypto ransom note and have a limited time to decide if you are going to pay the ransom or say goodbye to the encrypted files. Unfortunately, but, at the time of writing, there is not software that could help to decrypt filed encoded by JS.Crypto Ransomware. That's one of the reasons why this pest is considered to be of high danger level. In fact, the only way to retore the data is to pay the ransom. However, doing so is NOT recommended as you may disclose your full name and credit card details to cyber crooks who may later use this information for further thefts.
It's a pity that you don't have backups... In this kind of situation, you have to weigh all pros and cons and decide whether to risk paying or forget about the data. No matter how you are going to act, don't forget to remove JS.Crypto virus from the system. Since it may be rooted deep into the system, you should eliminate it using a professional anti-malwarem such as FortectIntego. In case you want to know more about this cyber threat, you can read the following article: JS.Crypto malware removal.
Good luck,
