My Motorola phone is locked with a FBI Warning asking for 500 dollars the will not do anything but remains on the fbi lock screen wont reboot , reset or turn off how do i fix this issue?

FBI warning virus is a relatively old type of malware, although it can cause major problems to PC and Android users, as it locks the screen completely, and many believe that there is no way out.
