What you are referring to is a scam that is spreading around the internet for a few months now. It goes by the name "5 Billionth Search" and attempts to scam people by allegedly providing them with free gifts. As evident, you should not interact with it and simply leave the page immediately.
If your phone auto-filled our contact information/credit card details for you, but you did NOT click on the "Next" button to submit these details, you should be safe. Just in case, we suggest you monitor your online banking for the next few months and ensure that no unauthorized transactions were made.
You should also scan your phone with powerful anti-malware to make sure that there is no adware installed on it.
Finally, make sure you do not click on suspicious links or popups on deceptive websites, as it might result in malware infection or personal information compromise.
Good luck,
