MoeMoney is an adware program that downloads and displays undesirable commercial advertisements, tracks user browsing habits and silently transfers gathered information to remote web servers. The threat also drops several files that install another adware parasite. MoeMoney is bundled with some ad-supported products such as various file sharing applications. It runs on every Windows startup.

EbatesMoeMoneyMaker.exe seems to protect itself really well from deletion. Nothign I do can delete it from my Program FIles directory.

click on run
type msconfig and click okay
go to startup tab
uncheck ebatesmoemoneymaker
and do as above

It keeps getting installed in my computer every so often. Whenever I see it in my taskmangare processes, I terminate the process and uninstall EbatesMoeMoneyMaker from Control Panel-Add/Remove programs. Is there a way to permanantly get rid of it , so that system can block its installation ?

It seems everyones has tried numerous thing to remove the spyware. Nothing works better than being sued in a Federal Court. It seems to work much better when your pocket runs dry
