I was attacked by .losers virus on my work computer. I purchased reimage and installed it, run the software but the .losers file extension temained and i still havent recovered any of my information. Is there another means i can get my information back.

Thank you for reaching out. If Reimage removed Losers ransomware, it did what it was supposed to do - it is a malware removal and computer optimization software. It is not supposed to decrypt your files.
In fact, none of the antivirus, anti-malware or anti-spyware tools can do it. To put it simply, ransomware uses advanced encryption methods to render your files useless securely, and even the most powerful computers could not brute-force the decryption password required to restore your data.
Cybercriminals are the only ones who have the decryption tools, but we do not recommend paying them as they give you no guarantees regarding data recovery. Besides, paying them means funding their illegal projects. You might even become a victim of their new ransomware in the future again!
