Guvara ransomware should be removed as soon as possible since this is a version of one of the more active cryptovirus out there. Unfortunately, researchers haven't delivered an official decryption tool for this virus.
You can try collecting your files on an external device and wait for them to release it later. However, you should terminate the virus if you want to use the device as normal in the future. For, that get an anti-malware program and scan the computer fully.
Follow instructions listed in the virus removal guide mentioned above and use provided suggestions for data recovery software as the alternative for file backups.
