Acuff ransomware is one of the newer additions to the Phobos malware family. Unfortunately, there is no decryption tool currently available for this malware strain, so the only secure way to retrieve encrypted files is by using backups. Alternative methods, such as Windows Previous Versions or third-party recovery software, could help in some rare cases.
When speaking of audio being broken: it is not uncommon for ransomware to break certain Windows system elements during the infection. Since security software cannot delete system files, so they remain broken. We highly advise you try Reimage Repair to remediate the system post-infection. Otherwise, you might have to reinstall Windows fully to fix issues with it.
