WinZip Driver Updater is a legitimate application developed by WinZip Computing (previously known as Nico Mak Computing) - the company is best known for the WinZip compressor software that helps users to compress and decompress files.
While the app is developed by an established company, it does not mean that it is going to be useful for everybody. In fact, the IT community strongly advises against automatic driver updaters, as these might sometimes malfunction, download wrong drivers for a particular configuration, or show intrusive ads ask to upgrade the tool to the premium version.
That being said, WinZip Driver Updater will not uninstall the drivers it installed already. If your machine operates as usual (you do not experience any lag, crashes, errors, etc.), the app's removal should not affect it in any way.
