The problem is on my laptop. I can’t get into the internet so I don’t know how to get to any anti virus software to get rid of the virus.
First of all, we recommend following these steps to overcome the problem with your Internet connection:

2. Update the program and put into the USB drive or simple CD.
3. In the meanwhile, reboot your infected machine to Safe Mode with Command prompt and stick USB drive in it.
4. Launch SpyHunter and rn a full system scan.
You can also try these steps:
1. Reboot your computer to Safe Mode with Networking.
2. Loggin as the same user as you were in normal Windows mode
3. Now click on IE or other browser and select 'Run As' or 'Run As administrator', enter your Administrator account password (if needed).
4. Enter this link to your address bar: https://www.2-spyware.com/download/hunter.exe and download a program on your desktop. Launch it to remove all malicious processes from the system.
Remember, you should run a full system scan when on normal mode as well to make sure that your virus is fully eliminated.
