Adame ransomware is a cryptovirus that belongs to the Phobos malware family. Just like any other crypto-malware, the goal of this one is to make victims pay for the file decryption key that is stored on remote servers controlled by hackers.
While Phobos ransomware has been active for the past two years (hackers released dozens of variants, and it remains one of the top 5 most prominent ransomware viruses), security researchers did not manage to find any vulnerabilities within the programming code and encryption process in order to produce a working decryption tool. This is because sophisticated encryption algorithms are hard to crack, and each of the crypto-malware families functions differently from the other (hence, no universal decryptor can be created).
Nevertheless, you should not lose hope. Researchers work hard to help ransomware victims, so the decryption tool might become available one day. In the meantime, you should backup all the encrypted data and then try alternative methods listed in this article. Don't forget to remove Adame ransomware first, however.
Good luck,
