We are sorry to hear that you were tricked by cyber criminals. Unfortunately, they become better and better with social engineering, and these malicious emails become hard to detect.
However, now you should remove the virus using professional malware removal software. If you cannot install, update or run your preferred software, you should check our prepared instructions at the end of the article Cerber virus. How to remove?.
Once the virus is eliminated, you can restore your files from backups only. At the previously mentioned article, you can also find alternative recovery methods that may help you as well. However, we cannot promise that you will be able to restore all of your files. Hopefully, malware will be decrypted by virus researchers soon!
