Notcomp.com is a bogus website created to generate revenue from PPC advertising.^[1] Crooks use push notifications to spam users with annoying pop-ups ads. The most worrying thing is that they may use rogue advertising networks^[2] that place ads leading to dangerous websites.

MS Edge (Chromium):

4. Now enter /Library/LaunchAgents and /Library/LaunchDaemons folders the same way and terminate all the related .plist files.
