We are sorry that you have suffered from Cryptolocker ransomware. In order to remove malware from the computer, you need to run a full system scan with reputable malware removal program. However, the ransomware may prevent from installing or accessing security software. Thus, you may need to reboot the computer to the Safe Mode with Networking first.
Data recovery options are quite limited. If you have backups, you can call yourself lucky. Currently, it’s the only safe to restore your files. However, if you do not have, you should try alternative recovery methods. We want to point out that paying the ransom to cyber criminals is not recommended. It may end up with money loss.
