CryptoLocker is known for a while and the original version can be decrypted. At least, this was possible a few years back when CryptoTorLocker was released. You should read about the virus more here. At the end of the article, you can also find all the possible decryption tools. There is a possibility that those tools are still supported, so try to find out for yourself.
However, for the proper decryption, some of the malware-related files might be needed. Particular data that you saved can be enough, but we cannot assure you without the knowledge. Also, we are not the developers or providers of the decryption software. So rely on the information listed on the virus removal guide.
There are many versions in this family and most of them got released in 2013 until it got taken down by 2014. The site that offered one of the tools has been taken down too. Try to find more about it here.
