An alarming fact appears to be that even though the NORC company is located in Chicago, people have experienced weird calls from Georgia which lets to think about various misleading activities and seekings. It is known, that the NORC organization reported this message regarding their frequent calls:

UChicago NORC is legit
9 Aug 2017
The CDC (in GA) has contracts with UChicago NORC (in Chicago). NORC does work for a number of government agencies. A non-UChicago-educated & non-NORC surveying professional told me years ago that NORC is one of the most highly-regarded professional surveying organizations worldwide.

Can’t speak to the apparent non-professionalism of a few employees reported above. They’re supposed to be following a strict script, to make this survey as scientific as possible. The CDC’s immunization survey helps the CDC determine potential immunization “hotspots” and where they need to raise awareness with local school districts, etc. I’m going to call back, now that I know whose number this is, but will ask for their supervisor if they’re obnoxious.

As an agent of a government agency, NORC can contact even numbers registered on the national “DO NOT CALL” list. Our crafty legislators exempted themselves and wannabe contenders, government agencies in general, and charities.
Caller: NORC
Call type: Survey

However, as we have already mentioned, this number cannot be trusted in any way as calls seem to be coming from a different location than they are supposed to. Also, users have complained that once they answer the 3125787017 number, they are asked to provide particular and personal, healthcare-related information (such as recently got shots) about themselves and even their family members, children.[3]

Access your website securely from any location

When you work on the domain, site, blog, or different project that requires constant management, content creation, or coding, you may need to connect to the server and content management service more often. It is a hassle when your website is protected from suspicious connections and unauthorized IP addresses.

The best solution for creating a tighter network could be a dedicated/fixed IP address. If you make your IP address static and set to your device, you can connect to the CMS from any location and do not create any additional issues for server or network manager that need to monitor connections and activities. This is how you bypass some of the authentications factors and can remotely use your banking accounts without triggering suspicious with each login.

VPN software providers like Private Internet Access can help you with such settings and offer the option to control the online reputation and manage projects easily from any part of the world. It is better to clock the access to your website from different IP addresses. So you can keep the project safe and secure when you have the dedicated IP address VPN and protected access to the content management system.
