Your device is most likely compromised by the latest version of Cerber ransomware, which appends a .[4 random symbols] file extension. We recommend you to scan your device with anti-malware software as soon as possible. You can use FortectIntego or SpyHunter 5Combo Cleaner for that. Most likely it is impossible to restore files now - unless you have a data backup. If you do not, we have to say that there is no way to decrypt your files.
