What is dw.exe?

Filename dw.exe is a part of DownloadWare Adware. There is no guarantee, that you will like the downloaded software and that it will be legitimate and not a spyware or an adware. So it is recommended to terminate dw.exe process (it starts itself automatically on every startup of a computer and stays in memory until you shut down a PC) and remove DownloadWare from your computer.
