What is Smart Guard Protection?

Smart Guard Protection is a dangerous cyber infection that can infiltrate your PC via security vulnerabilities. Typically, its infiltration means a serious problem for PC user because this program tends to display continuous alerts and notifications that report about invented viruses. In addition, it also blocks legitimate software, slows down the system and may also install additional viruses on it.     Ive tried starting my computer in Safe Mode but before I can type in the link via my browser the computer shuts down. It did this four times before I gave up. Is there a way to stop my computer shutting down so I can remove this virus?
